FULFILLMENT POLICY


Service Fulfillment & Scheduling

1.1 Coaching Session Scheduling

After completing the purchase, clients will receive instructions on how to schedule their onboarding call with

Aiden Heaney. This will include access to an online scheduling system (e.g., Calendly) or instructions to contact the coaching team directly.

1.2 Session Availability

Coaching sessions will be available based on Aiden Heaney's availability and will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients are encouraged to book sessions promptly to ensure availability within their preferred timeframe.

1.3 Virtual Coaching

All coaching services will be provided virtually via Zoom, Skype, or phone call. Clients will receive a link to the scheduled virtual session in advance.

1.4 Session Duration

Each coaching session will last approximately 1 hour. Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time, and clients are expected to be ready at the time of the session.

Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Authorization

All payments must be processed securely via our Stripe payment system at the time of purchase. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other forms of payment supported by Stripe.

2.2 Payment Schedules

For coaching packages with recurring payments, clients will be charged on a monthly/weekly basis, as per the agreed payment schedule, until the package is completed or canceled.

2.3 Payment Confirmation

Once a payment is processed, clients will receive a payment confirmation email with a receipt, including the payment amount and any applicable taxes.

2.4 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

In the event of a payment dispute (chargeback), we will work with Stripe to resolve the issue. To avoid disputes, we encourage clients to contact us directly if they have concerns regarding their payment, coaching sessions, or services.

Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Cancellation Policy for Sessions

Clients can cancel or reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

3.2 Refunds for Coaching Packages

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new clients who are dissatisfied with their initial coaching sessions. If a client requests a refund within 14 days of their first session, we will issue a full refund for the unused portion of the coaching package. After 14 days, refunds are not available.

3.3 No Refunds for Digital Products

Refunds are not available for digital products, such as fitness plans, eBooks, or online courses, once they have been downloaded or accessed.

3.4 Coaching Program Cancellations

If a client decides to cancel their coaching program after the agreed start date, they must notify us in writing.

Stripe Guidelines Compliance

4.1 Transaction Documentation

We maintain accurate records of all transactions processed through Stripe to comply with Stripe’s guidelines, including order receipts, payment confirmations, and communication related to cancellations or refunds.

4.2 Dispute Management

In the event of a dispute, we will collaborate with Stripe to provide all necessary documentation, including order details, communication exchanges, and evidence of service fulfillment. We encourage clients to contact us directly with any concerns to resolve disputes amicably and avoid chargebacks.

Client Responsibilities

5.1 Session Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection for virtual coaching sessions. This includes a working webcam, microphone, and internet connection for video calls.

5.2 Health & Safety

While we provide fitness and wellness guidance, clients should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness program, particularly if they have pre-existing health conditions.

International Coaching Clients

6.1 International Clients

Coaching services will be available for clients located outside the United Kingdom through virtual sessions. International clients must ensure they can access the virtual session platform and comply with any applicable local laws or regulations related to fitness coaching.
